Not medical advice.
What this is
AmIThat? is a self-reflection tool. The patterns and questions here are drawn from public descriptions of how people experience attention, mood, social processing, and stress — not from clinical assessments.
What it isn't
It's not a diagnostic service, a medical product, or a substitute for professional care. Seeing yourself here doesn't mean anything is confirmed. Not seeing yourself doesn't mean nothing is there.
What to do next
If something here resonates — if it feels important or clarifying in a way that makes you want to act — that's worth taking seriously. The right next step is a conversation with a clinician, not a score on a website.
If you're in immediate distress
You're not the only one who's felt this. You don't have to sit with it on your own.
